Privacy Policy

At Ahobilam Hotels & Services, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Data Collection: We collect your Name, Phone Number, and Booking Details solely for reservation purposes.
  • Usage: Your contact number is used to send booking confirmations and payment updates via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Data Sharing: We do NOT sell or share your personal data with any third-party advertisers. Your data is shared only with the respective Hotel/Satram management for check-in verification.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website and booking a room, you agree to the following terms:

  • ID Proof: Original Government ID (Aadhar/Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of Check-In.
  • Right to Admission: The hotel management reserves the right to deny admission if guests pose a security threat or violate rules.
  • Prohibited Items: Alcohol, Smoking, and Non-Vegetarian food are strictly prohibited inside the Satram/Hotel premises as Ahobilam is a sacred Kshetram.

Return & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund rules are as follows:

  • Cancellation before 48 Hours: 90% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation before 24 Hours: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation within 24 Hours: No refund will be provided.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Guest Policy

  • Unmarried Couples: We do not allow unmarried couples. Valid ID proof proving marriage (same surname or marriage certificate photo) may be asked.
  • Local ID: Guests with local IDs (from the same city/town) may not be allowed to book rooms.
  • Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain silence and respect the spiritual ambiance of the location.

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after the payment of the advance amount.
  • Check-In/Out: Standard Check-In time is 24 Hours (from the time of arrival) in most Satrams, but please verify specific hotel rules.
  • Advance Payment: 100% of the booking amount must be paid to secure the reservation during peak seasons/festivals.
